CITYWIDE RECYCLING DROP OFF DATES:

MAY 10th &June 14th 9am-noon

The Green Project's recycling will be closed one week prior to drop off dates. The location is N. Claiborne Ave. & St. Peters St. For more info dial 311 or call 504-658-2299.

Plastics, newspaper, aluminum, steel, tin, mixed paper, phonebooks, beads, cardboard are all accepted. GLASS IS NOT ACCEPTED!

JUNE 27TH WORN AGAIN II: A NIGHT OF RECYCLED CREATIVITY Benefitting RECYCLE FOR THE ARTS

You'll definitely want to mark your calendar for this exciting event sure to be even more phenomenal than last year's!!!

In addition to the WORN AGAIN II FASHION SHOW and THRIFT STORE ART EDIT, there will also be a WORN AGAIN JUNIOR competition (complete with sewing classes for ages 8-15) AND a first ever RECYCLED DANCE COMPETITION!!!
