|Come learn the basics of food and drink fermentation with Andy Onion, experienced home fermenter! In this two-hour, hands-on workshop, participants will learn about the basic process and health benefits of fermentation. Sauerkraut will be made in-class. Participants are encouraged to bring a mason jar and cabbage if they’re interested in taking some kraut home!
